NO discharge but real itchy
 

I am 52 and itch badly downstairs. No discharge and was recently in hospital for surgery and tested for yeast but came back negative. I itch so bad I scratch till I am sore. Also around rectum. Any ideas? I have been treating it with Vagisil. Doctor said he doesn't know what it could be. Thanks Dyana
