Hello everyone. I'm hoping I can find some advice here. In 2004, I was experiencing lower abdominal pain on my right side and I had my period for a month. I went to the doctor and after several tests, they determined I had a dermoid cyst and I had laproscopic surgery. It turned out that I didn't have a cyst at all. My right ovary is just significantly larger than the right. No one really had an explanation, they were just going to watch it.

My periods returned to normal and my pain went away. I just went in for my yearly exam in the end of February and I'm guessng everything was normal because no one called to tell me otherwise. Yesterday I started bleeding again and my period just ended on March 17, so it's way too early for my normal period to start again. I would say it is about a medium flow. I haven't experienced any pain or discomfort along with it.

Have any of you experienced anything similar? Do you know any reason why this could be happening?
