Hi,
I have a doubt for a long time. I got married a year back. After marriage my weight has increased much (approx 10kgs more). I heard from my friend that if i have frequent sex my weight will increase. Is it true? In the past month i had sex daily continously for 10 days. I could drasitically see that my wieght has increased 5 more kgs.Usually we have sex 3 or times in a week. We use condoms.

My eating habbits doesnt change. I am doing excerise daily. My heamoglobin count is very good.(12.6).

This question may seems to be very silly but i am suffering with weight gain. I was slim before marriage and now i am above BMI level.

Can any one of you please help me?

Sex will only cause you to gain weight if it makes you pregnant.

But i am not pregnant. Then why i am gaining weight?

Did you start on birth control pills? That could make you gain weight. Having sex will not make you gain weight.

i have never used contraceptive pills. i never smoke,drink, rarely drink tea and coffee. Muscle deposition is high in tighs,bumps,hip. I am greatly worried and i am avoiding sex now a days.
