| Orange Juice - Why Is It Heavy On My Stomach?
Every now and then, after a cup of orange juice, my stomach feels very heavy & full for about an hour. So days it bothers me, other days not so much. I hear I'm suppose to drink one glass a day (and I try to, not every day though.)
Also, folic acid vitamins 400mg, could it be taken together w/a multi-vitamin? Or do I alternate days? Thanks.
