In Pain

I have a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts. Since last night I've been getting excrutiating knife-like pelvic pains. I couldn't keep anything down until just recently. I'm dizzy upon standing up; and I feel weakened. I have irritable bowel syndrome but it NEVER presents like this. Also, I'm constipated. I took 2 dulcolax Thursday morning and didn't have a bowel movement until Friday afternoon. The stool was hard and little, so I know I'm rather constipated. I'm not sure, though, if this knife-like pain is gyno or stomach related. It started, last night, on my right side and has since spread to encompass my whole pelvic region. Any help?

Re: In Pain

You might have appendicitis! I would go to the ER immediately!
