Do I have TSS or something else?
Since yesterday, it has hurt really bad to insert or pull out a tampon. I don't know what to do...I don't even know what it could be. I'm so scared because cervical, breast, and other cancers run in my family with the female members. My mom had cervical cancer twice and died from adrenal cancer. So I'm really scared.

Please help!

With TSS you would have a fever. Sometimes you can be very tender and sometimes very dry. Either will cause this pain upon insertion or removal. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens again next cycle. Then you could check with your doctor.
