An u/s isnt going to show endo the only clear way to know if you have endo is to have laposcorpy(sp) done. It is a minor surgery to that uses a camera to look around inside.
Your best bet is to call your dr in the morning and ask him to explain it to you. I rarely wait for my dr to call me. I normally check to see when they will get the report and start calling his office to find out what is going on.
