Well, why not have her take a pregnancy test and find out. Yes, it's possible to have pretty bad cramping when you think you should be having a period in the early months and don't get one...I went on to deliver an almost 10lb. baby boy 7 months later!

Of course, if she has irregular cycles, maybe she's either ovulating or getting ready for her period. Take a test, it will most likely give you an answer.
