anyone know how what to take to stop your cycle?
 

i have been having heavy bleeding for a while now this is my 2nd period in 3 weeks and i do suffer from anxiety. i think it has something to do with it this time. anyway, once before my m.d. prescribed me something to stop the bleeding, but i am not in the mood to go thru stupid tests to get the rx. so my question is,...is there something over the counter or a herb or something that can help lighten it up or stop it all together. thanks for your help

I don't know about natural ways to stop. I was on my period for 6 months straight two years ago, and finally went to a GYN at 4 months. I was diagnosed with PCOS and they gave me a prescription for Provera, and it stopped within a couple of days.
