Question Husband had a vasectomy 3 years ago, could I still get pregnant?

What are the chances of me being pregnant right now. My periods have been between 28 and 30 days apart for 4 years now (since the birth of my son) I have not lost any weight, and I haven't been under any unreasonable amount of stress. I've been having cramps like I am on my period for over a week now, but nothing showing not even any spotting. I'm almost 2 weeks late. I am only 31 so I doubt if it is peri menopause, but could it be that? On top of the cramps I have been experiencing hot flashes, and cold spells to the point that I am wearing quilts and fleece blankets to bed with my flannel jammies and still shivering internally (I feel hypothermic) then in the middle of the night I finnally warm up but then I get so hot (and no sweat). I don't feel pregnant (I have 3 kids and always felt sick and tired each pregnancy, and I feel fine for the most part) Any input would be welcome.

I'd think that your hormones are not in sync.
Whens the last time you had your progesterone, estrogen, etc checked? Do you have cysts or fibroids?

My friend got pregnant after her husband had a vasectomy. It was the doctor's fault. What ever was suppose to be cut and fused wasn't done properly. Since it's been 3 years I'd say that your not pregnant.

Same thing for women can happen too. It was on TV the doctor did not fuse the tubes correctly and over a period of years the tubes grew together and she became pregnant.
