 AFFIRM Test ?
Have you heard of the Affirm test? Do you know what it is exactly? I tried to find information over the internet. From what I got it's not like PAP Smear, but it's NOT just looking under the microscope either? It's some kind of a Lab test that REALLY tests your discharge and they can see if you have bacteria, or funguss or things like these? Am I right? Or completely wrong? Any ideas?
The problem is I keep having weird symptoms (not an STD I don't think, couse I got tested) and ALL my Gyno does is look under the microscope and say "Oh, you have a mild yeast infection" and give me MORE Diflucan. Well I wouldn't call my symptoms exactly "mild", and obviously if after drinking 2000mg of Diflucan in 2 months, it still hasn't gone away maybe the problem is deeper?
I don't know, do you think I can ask my Gyno about this Affirm test? Would it be helpful for me?
