spotting for period second month in a row? planned pnt wont see me! neg blood test,

help!!!!!! my body is going haywire and it just gets worse! last month i had a 3 day pink brown spotting, had pg symptoms. still have have them and its a month later. mostly the tender boobs and very tired and have had some nausea. i got a blood test 2-3 weeks ago and it was negative. ok so i expected my period this month. not happening. had the pink spotting which is now brown and barely there AGAIN! no need to even wear a pantyliner its only there barely when i wipe. i noticed a few pieces of lining a couple small clots, one clot looking piece was dark brown/black so i know that is old. so know im confused and have no idea what to think. my last actual period where it was bright red and normal was march 20. i have never had two months in a row like this before. now my boobs are STILL hurting me, itching and very very very tender and swollen and veiny. the worst part is im getting unemployment with no insurance, so seeing a regular dr. is out of the question because i dont have the money, planned parenthood said i need to see a phsycian and i said i dont have insurance, and this WITCH had the nerve to tell me i need to go pay one, im like HELLO! im so upset, i called the community center 3 times now and left messages. nobody calls me back. i dont know what to do. i called another cliniic who said its doubtful that i could be preg with a neg blood test but i should do another test just to make sure, and then i can go back their clinic(they charge $25 to do there tests there and she told me where i can go get one free). im tired of doing pg tests. granted i havent done one 2-3 weeks. but what are the chances i can actually be pg?? i had pull out sex april 2nd, ovulated apr.3. i cant get over how hard it is to get someone to help you when you dont have insurance.

has this happened to anyone before?? i really dont have any pain now. i had some of those on and off cramps like you are going to start for over a month, have some twinging pain here and there in my abd. a few sharp pains here and there. the worst was the nausea i felt before i was going to start what i thought was going to be my period and ended up with spotting. my boobs though have not stopped hurting yet and are very tender and swollen, even a shirt rubbing on them the wrong way feels lke sandpaper on my nipples. what on earth is wrong with me. advice from experience please!
