| strange blood clot during period
Firstly, I'm sorry if this is tmi and/or disgusting but I'm quite worried! I'm on Microgynon 30 and usuallly take it around midnight when I go to sleep. I left England for Malaysia on Saturday so I've had to change the time I took the pill. Today, just over a week after starting my current pack, my kperiod started and I had a massive blood clot. I used to get blood clots all the time when I had really heavy periods before starting the pill. Since being on the pill though I've never had a blood clot because my periods are just so much lighter. The blood clot I had today worried me a little though. It wasn't just a 'normal' blood clot. It was, well, red, but also there was yellow and white in it too and looked to me like puss. I don't know if it was just a side effect of changing my pill time or if its anything to worry about? TIA for any help on this.
