| Doubling pills = missed period??
2 weeks ago I had spotting, which is not normal to for me. I went to the gyno and she said that there wasn't anything abnormal looking and since I never missed a pill that the spotting was probably just a fluke. (I was just starting my last week of pills)
She told me to get another pack and double up, take one in the morning and one in the evening Until I finished my pack. So I did.
Now I only have until tomorrow, and then I start my new pack on Friday, and I have yet to get my period.
Could doubling up have affected my period?!
While I am sexually active, I even brought pregnancy up at the gyno and she said that since I never miss pills, take them at the same time every day, and use condoms 99.9% of the time (If we don't have a condom he pulls out), there's really no chance of me being pregnant.
Any thought on why I haven't gotten my period?
And will starting the new pack interrupt the possibility of me getting one?
