I have had a similar experience. They just said it was a ruptured cyst and sent me on my way, but you may want to ask to have an ultrasound done just in case...Or try a different Doc if they don't seem concerned at all. That's what I did! There are many other things that can cause Abdominal Pain...
If it's a recurring problem, they will want to start you on Birth Control, so that you don't ovulate (this is what causes cysts). I just started BC less than 3 weeks ago and am still waiting on the pelvic pain to stop (I am trying EVERYTHING). I have also found out it is unlikely due to cysts.
