1 yr PP and stll no AF
Hello,
I've given birth to my dd almost 1 year ago and still have no signs of AF. I breastfeed which I know can delay getting my period but this seems rather long. After the birth of my first daughter my period started after 9 months. I know I should love this but I want to have another child very soon as I am getting older and this would be my last.
Has anyone's AF been delayed this long?

Yes, and longer! Mine doesn't come back for 2 to 2.5 years when breastfeeding.

Thanks for replying and I'm shocked! 2.5 yrs! People are surprised when then find out I still haven't gotten it. All my friends who've given birth after me had their periods months ago!

Breastfeeding can definitely delay it. Have you spoken to your OB about it? I've known women who were die-hard le leche league advocates and breastfed til ages 5 or 6 and did not get theirs til they were done.

Maybe your OB would have some answers or suggestions. Best of luck.
