if you Google the symptoms of yeast infections and bacterial infections to compare the two you can probably come to a conclusion your own. I thought I had BV but when I Google'd the symptoms I realized it was in fact a yeast infection. If you find that your symptoms are pointing toward BV then I would definatly go see a doctor...the longer you wait the more damage it will cause. BV can be known to cause infertility if gone untreated.
