hi im always complaining of a pain in my shoulder it only gets to me when i turn my head a certain way ir when im sitting up in bed reading. iv had massages done to try and cure the problem but it only lasts for a couple of days.its really gets me down it fels like a cramp and is very uncomfortable anybody any suggestions as what i can do to relieve this pain or what ye might think is the cause of it. i will appreacite any replies
