Exclamation Pleeeaasseee Help!! Really Stuck!
Hi,

I have a 19 month old little girl, 8lb 14oz, delivered by forecepts.
i have been trying to lose my babyweight now for over a year and a half, but its just not shifting.

I look 6 months pregnant and its sooo embarrsing!!
it isnt fat though, its hard muscle. i have absolutely no idea what could cause this.
im so fed up with being asked if im pregnant again.
please help!!

muscles stretch sometimes and wont go back the way they were after a baby if your looking to lose weight you can try smaller plates it has been my trick for yrs

yeah i have been part of a slimming group for a while now, excercised, dieted a million times. it just seems to stay the same. im wondering if it could be my thyroid. im just so fed up with the whens it due line!!
