Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar to this: since 2004, I've experienced intermittent "twinges" of pain in the left side of my left breast, and an occasional pulling sensation - neither symptom hurts, it just worries me. (I have health anxiety, but I'm actively getting help for it). Anyway, I saw my gyn in 2004 about it, a breast specialist in 2005 about it, and a couple of regular docs recently, and they can't find anything by manual exam or ultrasound . . . I had the "twinges" again this morning and got lucky and got into my gyn this afternoon - she ultrasounded the area and saw nothing but breast tissue (good news!) but we noticed that my rib/left lateral muscle area was sore, so she thinks a visit to a PT would possibly fix/help the problem. (I'm also left-handed) She thinks it could be "referred pain" from the rib area to the breast/armpit area.
Sorry to ramble . . . any thoughts would be great!
