Unhappy Everyday discharge

Is it normal for a women age around 50 to discharge everyday? My friend had seen a doctor and went through the diagnose for any cancer and the doctor say everything seems to ok and gave her medicine.

However, she still constantly discharge everyday and had great pain in her stomach, she ate painkiller medicine but still in pain.

I wonder is it the best to change a doctor? Any advise is appreciated.

TIA
