scars on inner thigh

I have had brush burn from the seam of polyester pants rubbing against my inner thighs or from my legs chafing during humid weather while I wear a skirt, now between my thighs is an unsightly scar, its just brown skin from when it was red and raw and then healed. Is there anyway to make this go away? Will it go away if my legs lose weight?

Re: scars on inner thigh

I'm not sure how your legs rubbing together can cause a scar. When I think of a scar I think of something that bulges out from the skin. Do you mean like a mark? Like an area in your inner thigh that is brown due to rubbing? I think a lightening product might help. If you do decide to buy one, use one that doesn't contain Hydroquinone because it's harmful. I have read that South Beach Skin Solutions has a good lightening cream and it can be applied anywhere. You can search for it if you want.
