could i be pregnant

i just got off my period 2weeks ago and now i got some light cramping and a little bit of bleeding what dose this mean

Well it can be implantation bleeding depending what day of your cycle it is and when you have had sex. OR if your cycle is out an early period.
You can test with a home pregnancy kit from the first day of a missed period or 14 days after conception. If your really worried always best to see a doctor.
Some people experience ovulation cramping too but I have never heard of one that starts spot bleeding either.
