about 3 days ago i used a water based lubricant. and since then its been extremely uncomfortable -down there- it hurts to pee very badly.. (like when u cut youself and put something like salt or lemon on it).. and its a dark yellow color.. PLEASE HELP!!

a little update, the pain is still here but now when i use the bathroom ( to pee) its a slight reddish color.. honestly, should i be worried?? or is it a reaction from the lube??
