Question Did BC make any difference?
I have been on Ortho-tri cyclen lo for over two years now but this month I am taking a break from it. My boyfriend and I had sex about 1 day before i ovulated with a condom. I do not really use condoms so without being on BC i am a little nervous about my chances of pregnancy. My boyfriend reassured me that the condom worked properly, but i still know that there is always a chance. I guess what i am trying to ask is that if it made any difference that I used BC for over 2 years. Probably not. Anyway, let me know if you have any info. Thanks!

My guess is probably not, since ovulation is the thing you need to do in order to get pregnant. I'm sure there are other nuances that go on in the body to have a baby and carry to term, but if you stopped ovulating (when you were on the pill) you can't get pregnant, but if you did start again...then no, it makes no difference.
