Implantation bleeding only lasts a day. 3 days is too long for that. And it's not that easy to get pregnant when you're on your period. It's not common to be ovulating while you're on your period. While it can happen in some cases, it's not like it happens all the time. The common time frame for ovulation is sometime within the 14th day after onset of the period. Sometimes you can ovulate later or earlier depending on a large variety of factors, but your most fertile time would technically be somewhere in the days just before or after day 14. That's why I don't think you need to worry. You can just take a pregnancy test if you end up being late but I have a feeling it will be negative.
