| Pelvic Adhesions Disease and scar tissue
Hi, I'm new to this site, thought i could possible find SOMEONE who could relate. I was diagnosed with PAD Pelvic Adhesion Desease in 2000, I have had 4 surgery's and could possible have another within the next month. I was told laser would do nothing. I was told by several doctors(not that they really know anything) lol...that either way you look at it, adhesions(scar tissue) cannot be removed, it can be cut down, but it can also grow back, and that depends on the person. For me, mine will will grow back twice as fast and twice as much so having surgery for that is pointless. I had a hysterectomy because of adhesions last year, and they forgot to take out both ovaries...lol...I just found this out Friday, so now I have to have another surgery because I have a mass on the ovary that is not suppose to be there. I'm 31 years old, never had children, and this is part of my story.
