strong metallic vaginal odor
I have a very strong vaginal odor the smells fishy and metallic. what is it

Bacterial vaginosis.

Try taking some vitamin C.

It definitely does sound like bacterial vaginosis, but you'll need an antibiotic to get rid of it if that's what it is. A trip to the doctor is probably your best bet. Vitamin C will help your symptoms, but not cure the cause.
