Hi everyone, I've met a guy who has had a vasectomy within the last 18months and we have had unprotected sex, I know its not wise because of other things, but I have heard so may stories that some cases you can still get pregnant, I have been feeling sick virtually everyday for the past 2 weeks and did do a test but was only a cheap one which said negative but a friend told me she thinks I took it too soon, but im just wondering if anyone has any advice on the subject!! Please

What proof do you have other than his word that he actually had the vasectomy?

Vasectomies are not 100%, but no birth control method is. It's pretty unusual for a man to father a child after having has one.

Pregnancy symptoms (and possible positive tests) begin 1-2 weeks after sex, never earlier. Have you missed any periods yet?
