For the last six months my period has been coming exactly one week later each month. For example I'll get it on the 7th one month, then on the 14th the next month. Is this normal? My periods have always been a little irregular, but not by this much. I'm a 32 year old. I'm not on any form of birth control, and I've had one child. I don't know if any of that helps or not. I also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and it seems like they have been really bad latley. Thank you.
