bruising very easily

Hi, i'm 21 year old. I found since a few months (to be more precise since I started dieting and exercising and eating healthier although it might have nothing to do with that), that I've been bruising more easily than usual, without even having any injury. Like I'd wake up the next day and see bruises on my skin without having an idea of what has caused them.

Like, right now, just to give you an example, I've got one on my hand, another one on my arm, one on my right leg and one of my right thigh (and it's not linked to an injury).

I'm getting scared. What could cause me to bruise so easily ?

Re: bruising very easily

You should check out signs for anemia. Look up online, see your Dr. either way though.
