I spent Monday evening in the ER. I started hemorrahging VERY heavily at work and had to be rushed to the hospital.
Part of the placenta separated from my uterus and the ER doc gave me a 50/50 chance of miscarriage
. They did 3 ultrasounds and I got to see my baby and hear it's VERY STRONG heartbeat. The baby is exactly where is should be in terms of growth and looks good.
I went to my doc yesterday and he did another ultrasound and reassured me that it was only a small tear and that it had already clotted. He seemed very hopefull and it made me feel SOOO much better. I'm on bedrest until my next appt. on the 25th.
I can't wait to hit 12 weeks!!!! Ahhh, the stress.
