Question for users of peroxide for vag infection

I am contemplating trying peroxide. Nothing else has worked so far. I was cultured a couple weeks ago and it came back positive for BV and negative for yeast. I used metrogel. Pain never stopped and itching was added. I also have extreme dryness. Dr. will not culture it again so I know WHAT I'm dealing with so I feel I have no choice but to keep trying things till I get any relief. I did make an appt with a gyno but that's not for over 2 weeks and this is miserable.

So since it seems peroxide helps with both BV and Yeast my next step is to try that and pray.

My question is for those who have used it, does your normal moisture come back when the infection symptoms are gone or do you need to do more beyone the peroxide? I've also been eating yogurt daily but it's doing nothing to help.
