I think maybe this was a new member that didn't mean to put they were a male!
Of course surgery is the only REAL way to get larger breasts, but some women get a little larger from the birth control pill, although I wouldn't recommend taking it for ONLY that reason. It only works for some people. I would suggest just looking for a really great fitting push-up bra. A good fitting bra will give you a great looking chest. You can always try adding gel inserts in your bra for an extra boost too.

I think a way to get a larger chest is by gaining weight. When I sorta "ballooned" up about 12 yrs ago, my chest got bigger, but when I lost weight it went back down to my 36D size. I was a 42D/44D.
I think one of the only ways to really get bigger is by plastic surgery. Personally, I would be terrified to do anything like that to myself.
Or staying in a constant state of PMS bloating when the breasts swell a little once a month.
If I was small (assuming you are a female), I would go get me some pretty padded bras, push up bras, wonder bras....it's endless. (spoken by someone who has never been able to by those beautiful bras)

Buy the Very Sexy bra from victoria's secret and really gives you an additional cup size. All my girlfriends that have tried it on at the store end up buying it. That's all I buy and if you want even more lift add gel inserts, they sell them every where, even at target.

You can buy a massage bra i have seen them, well worth it .Breast massage has many health benefits and massage is a great healing tool
