Why do I have mild cramping in my uterus? Day 21 of my cycle.

Why do I have mild cramping in my uterus? My cycle is usually 27-28 days. It has been happening for the last two weeks approximately. It is fairly continuous and pretty mild not like the wicked AF cramps I get. Don't usually start AF cramping until right before I get it. My bb's are mildly sore but that's not uncommon before my AF although I have had some moments of sharp pain in them and can't tell if nipples are darker. I'm exhausted most days and have been having wild mood swings (that's not normal!) Tummy is bloated when I usually lose a couple pounds the week before AF. Uterus feels almost hard. Cervix is hard. Day 21 of my cycle. Didn't feel like I ovulated this month eg. no thin discharge. What is going on with me? Will a pg test show anything this early? In hindsight, I had cramping with my last pg (twins almost 14 years ago) but don't remember much else in the way of symptoms. Sometimes I think I am pg but then the cramping intensifies a little (still fairly mild) and I think there's no way. Does anyone have any ideas?
