You sound normal, or at least not unusual. My wife has both of those conditions. A previous girlfriend also would get sore, but didn't leak much. The hurting inside is caused by friction and irritation. If you and your husband use a condom, it will probably be worse. If the intercourse lasts for more than about 20 or 30 minutes, then irritation is more likely. Use K-Y or Astroglide lubricant. That will supplement your own lubrication.
The leaking is also normal for most women. All semen doesn't leak out, but a lot of it normally does. We either use a towel or tissues to wipe the leak. We didn't always do that, but she got tired of sleeping in the wet spot.
