my stomach is hard just blow my brests it feels like concrete in the top of my stomach i feel like the food dose not go down i have had a hernia repair and i dont no if this is the problem my repair was some time ago 2005 can you suggest any thing thank you

Normally, it is best to always go back to your doctor that has your history. Do you chew your food properly??? May sound stupid but if you dont chew your food properly, it does not digest well. Go back for another check up
