abnormal pap - Women's Health Message Board

i have had 2 months of irregular bleeding, so i went to my dr and she did a pap on me she called yesterday and said that i had a abnormal result.
she also said that my utrus was swollen quite a bit, but she never elaborated on it.
she ordered a ulrtasound for me to do , but never gave me a absoloute answer to why it was abnormal.
can anyone help me understand why?

did you ask your dr why? She can't not tell you because it is you body, but another thing is they may not know why which is why they are doing more. i went in for my yearly a few months ago and had an abnormal pap and they didnt tell me what it was until they were doing a colposcopy and then i got a call after that saying it was done wrong so they have to do it again...
