| gross gyno stuff
I went to the gyno on Tuesday because my period hurts me so bad. Years ago I was told I probably have endometriosis, and I've been on bc ever since. It helped a lot but I am married now, and would like to have a baby eventually, and I just had my second period off bc and I thought I remembered how bad the pain was, but it was worse. I am on day number 7 and am still passing clots and cramping. I feel sick to my stomach and my back has never hurt this bad or this long. So next Thursday they are doing the saline ultrasound, then they will determine if a laparoscopy is appropriate. Has anyone had either of these? How bad do they hurt and did the laparoscopy help? NOTHING relieves the pain. They gave me Ponstel and it just makes me dizzy, but doesn't touch the pain. Heat doesn't work, cold doesn't work, neither does tea, massage, evening primrose oil, advil, aleve, tylenol, vicodin, percocet, milk, vitamins, hot showers, nothing. sorry, i needed to rant. anyway, i m just nervous about the whole thing.
