 Not sure..any ideas?
First of all let me say I had a total hysterectomy in 1998 and i'm 51 year old now. Just this past week I had some vaginal spotting. It only lasted for a portion of a day but for the next 2 days i had a bit of cramping in the vaginal area. Its not enough that I would need a pad or anything. Just happens when wiping. I did have this happen a couple of times before but it wasn't over the whole day, it just happened one time but each of the first 2 incidents were about 2 months apart. Since this last time lasted for the better part of the day and was followed by some minor cramping it made me a bit more alarmed. I've made an appointment with my doctor but can't get in for a few days. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? It almost seemed like a very light period which is impossible since the total hysterectomy.
