I started doing some vaginal 'contracting' that is hard to explain,but its kinda like focusing on 'crunching' or 'squeezing' the inner walls together.
I try to do 100 of those. i do 10 sets of 10. lol this sounds odd to explain.
That said, i haven't really done them 'every day'

I also heard of 'benwa' balls. don't know if i got that spelling right, but they are steel balls you put in the vagina and you tighten it by doing the contracting.

I have seen products on the market and i visited a store, but the prices are high for the tightening creams.

i don't mind paying 15 or 30 bucks, but i want to know if they would even 'work"

i've seen liquid virgin, or what about "the magic stick" which is another vaginal tightenr? Has anyone used any vaginal tighteners?

anyway, i am 24 yrs old.
i haven't had kids, so i wouldn't have that much to tighten. lol.
