Cervical Issues

Back in late April early May I had three procedures. A Colposcopy, then a LEEP and then finally a cold cone biopsy. After all 3 I had major issues with bleeding and after the biopsy I was hospitalized for loosing 5 pints of blood. I eventually have recovered but now after my periods I am bleeding a brownish color for about 3 weeks after my period and it also has what appears as "coffee grounds". I am not sure what to do now, do I go back to the same doctor or get another opinion?
