Well, I FINALLY went and got checked out about my abnormal bleeding. I am 26 and the ultrasound tech told me that I have a thickened endometrial lining. It is 10 inches thicker than normal. So, what is the next step and what exactly caused this problem? Any comments will help. Thank you, kindly! AnnaMarie*
It can be alot of things and most of them not serious at all. I am sure it was 10 mm thicker than usual not 10 inches like you posted. That would be physically impossible. It all depends on where you were in your cycle when they did this
U/S . Ask your doctor for an intravaginal ultrasound 3 days or so post period, this gives a much more accurate thickness.
