Blood after urinating

I had some blood when I wipe after urinating and frequent urination. I feel like I've never completely emptied my bladder. The blood seems dark red at times but bright red when I hold my urine due to work. I was recently treated for a UTI and Bacterial Vaginitus with 2 antibiotics but I am still bleeding after urinating. I keep waiting for the bleeding to get heavier for a period or stop but its seems to get worse when I hold it and better all on its own! Please help. Could this be kidney infection or endometriosis? By the way, doc said she saw fibriods. Should I see a urologist or gyno and will this be a pre-existing condition untreatable by a new health insurance policy if I got one?
