Though it's not common, I suppose there have been stories of some women still have light bleeding throughout their pregnancy.
The only way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test and find out.
If you are truly feeling kicking/movement, I would assume you are at least 16-20 weeks along or more - reasonably far. If so, you should make sure you get yourself some prenatal care right away.
If not, you will want to look for some explanation of what's going on with your breasts.
Either way - you should find out right away.
