Last night while having sex with my husband I experienced sudden and severe pelvic pain. It doubled me over. It lasted about 20 min. or so. Putting ice on the affected area seemed ton help and a couple pamprin eventually helped. When I got up in the morning it started to hurt again when I walked to the kitchen so I took a couple more pamperin. This has never happened before does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

P.S. I'm in my late 40s if that matters.
