| Spotted' 14 days, then full-fledge heavy bleeding
This has been bad, the worst health thing I have ever had. The 14 DAYS of spotting ended with a full fledged period, with dark clots. Not large clots, but big enough. I have woken up to blood trickling down my leg in bed! Off of the pad! Went to clinic this week and she declared an agreement that it is perimenopause (no kidding, I have been saying that for over 5 yrs). She gave me NO pills, no blood tests. Why??? Also, discovered I have a tougher than normal outer hymenal ring, which can remain after sex.. doesn't that just figure?? So can you imagine the pain I had just getting the pap test and pelvic? Thank god I was able to do the exam! I also found it really stupid that she kept asking about my sex life after I had answered the question in writing and to her, twice. Scheduled endom. biopsy instead. Anyone know why she gave no pills? I went there for relief! She was a practitioner/midwife. Any thoughts?? Have you experienced this?? |
