lipoma or liposacroma

I am a breast cancer surviver and have been trouble free for 7 years. Last late July 09, I found a lump to the left of my spine and near the end of left shoulder blade. Since then it has grown rapidly and is now painful. Also, I am experiencing pain in the right leg from knee to the top.
What kind of surgeon do I need to see? My PCP has referred me to a breast surgeon/oncologist for this, but I feel I should see an orthopedic surgeon specialized in this area.
Can you please direct me to the right specialist, as time is the essence and the tumor is growing fast.

Thank you.
