It sounds to me like you may have a cyst on your ovaries. I used to have them alot, you don't know it is there usually untill it ruptures. That could be what happened due to having intercourse. If the pain lasts for a few hours or more there is a good chance thats what it is. They are mainly harmless,but can be extremely painful.
