| | How my cycle became normal again!
Ok, I'm 29 and for years I've had an irregular cycle. Once every 3-4 months, which to me just doesn't seem normal but my gynie said it was. So after routine bloodwork my primary care physician (not the gynie) said I had a vitamin D deficiency. After taking vitamin D3 1,000 mg twice a day, it's back to normal. Why couldn't the gynie tell me that or at least do some bloodwork to check, do doctors sometimes just really not know, or not care enough to do testing?? Seems to me that all this medical stuff is so expensive anymore, unless your really keep complaining about something, they'll send you on your way and say to come back in a month.
